The simulated annealing procedure is presented as a numerical method for the analysis of ESR spectra. Furthermore a careful analysis of the trend of the standard deviation for each simulation parameter is presented at different microwave frquencies and a comparison is made with similar results obtained in the framework of sensitivity analysis
